How Do You Clean Burned On Oil On Headers?

OP pro stock Joined: April 2005 Posts: 1,476 TN | First drive on my Challenger and the new cork valve cover gasket decided to spring a leak and spray hot oil on hotter headers in one fiddling spot. AND at present, my passenger side frazzle tubes are covered with brown and black stains. This is my showtime set of ceramic coated headers. They are very expensive TTI footstep tube headers if it makes any departure. Anyone know how to get these spots/stains out? |

OP pro stock Joined: April 2005 Posts: one,476 TN | Oven Cleaner? Bob do you but spray the oven cleaner on the header while it is running, after information technology has been run and is hot or exercise you lot exercise information technology with the header cold? |

What many might not realise is afterwards they are coated they are ho-hum. And then they are put in a machine that vibrates with millions of small ceramic balls to polish them. So polish away. |
